With over thirty years experience Pat Boyd is a highly knowledgeable and skillful Podiatrist. Situated independently within the McNaughton Physiotherapy Clinic in Edinburgh she offers a professional and friendly service.

Pat specialises in diagnosing and treating sports injuries and biomechanical  difficulties. Following a consultation, assessment and diagnoses of a particular problem, Pat prescribes and supplies podiatric orthotics as well as giving advice regarding exercises, foot wear and other therapeutic modalities.

She treats a variety of conditions including back, neck, knee, heel and foot pain, as well as general postural problems and the correction of poor foot mechanics. She also treats a large number of children. These mechanical problems can be recognized in children as early as 4 or 5 years and their treatment can stave off problems ensuing in later years.
